Our private instruction will be tailored to what each person is wanting to focus on. We focus on personal development through alternative practices to assist you in rebuilding your life.

Spiritual Meditation Instruction
Spiritual Meditation Instruction focuses on walking along side of each person and watching them awaken their souls. Meditation instruction covers bi weekly or weekly sessions. True transformation and healing comes from within the person. We are humbled to walk your journey with you. Our private sessions focus on deconstruction of a persons existence through various tools and techniques that combine mental health and holistic health practices. We focus directly on Dharma.
Shila: Discipline of the practice
In order to practice Shila you have to understand its meaning. It is the process of simplifying ones general life and getting rid of things that no longer serve your purpose
Samadhi: Actual Practice of Meditation
Sitting with your attention rested on your breath. Noting when your attention has wandered away from the breath
Prajna: Insight into ones mind
Practicing with ones unbiased knowledge of ones world and ones mind. To be truthful with ones self will free us of our invisible restraints
Yoga/Aerial Instruction
Private Yoga instruction focuses on the eight limbs, anatomy, physical benefits, emotional benefits, and awakening the spirit through guidance. Yoga instruction covers bi weekly or weekly sessions. We look forward to assisting you in your physical well being. We promote body positive practices.

Asana: posture, Pranayama: breath, Pratyahara: turning inward, Dharana: concentration, Dyana: meditation, Samadhi: respect for all living beings
Yamas:
Ahimsa: do no harm to self or others, Satya: truthfulness within ones self, Asteya: no stealing, Brahmacharya: no excess, Aparigraha: no possessive nature
Niyamas:
Saucha: purity, Santosha: contentment, Tapas: self-discipline, Svadhyaya: inner exploration, Ishvara Pranidhana: surrender
