Our Golden Hour Guided Meditation class is open to everyone whether you are near or far. We focus on helping each individual cultivate a daily practice through visualizations, movement practices, and setting our intentions. Our intentions will assist us in our meditation practice and our meditation break. As we understand the meditation instructions we will create a healthier mind, body, soul. This class is for all levels of Yogis looking to tap into an ancient practice.

Balancing Ayurveda and Meditation with Candace (In Studio/Live Stream)

Our Balancing Ayurveda and Meditation class will focus on the Dosha Constitution of Season coupled with movement and breathing exercises. This class will focus on postures, Kundalini breathing, and meditations that connect to Ayurvedic practices. This class will be coupled with chanting, mantras, breathing, and Ayurvedic knowledge. This class is for all levels of Yogis looking to tap into an ancient practice.
