This means that our memberships will be at a fixed rate and you can cancel your membership at any time. No long term commitments. Your membership will be month to month.

Immerse yourself in rejuvenation and relaxation as you prepare for the holiday season with our 3 part Meditative Aerial Sound Healing.

On the 3rd Saturday of November, December & January, you will dive deep into relaxing the mind and body through gentle stretches using the Aerial silks, guided meditation and uplift your vibrational energy while laying in the silks through the vibrations of sound bowls. Tea will be provided for each session to calm the mind and body for a moment of calm and peace before, during and after the holiday season!!
